Group Coaching

This type of coaching is aimed at groups following internal restructuration, a change in organisation, a buy-out, a fusion, or to assist a group in defining its identity, its culture and shared values, as well as its impediments, blocks and levers for change. The goal is to help a group to better deal with a clearly identified challenge.

This type of service is always tailored to the specific need of the company.

Group coaching can be based on a period of analysis with a combination of active listening of various members and of collective coaching, the objective being group sharing and the defining of a number of measures and actions that can be followed by Step Ahead Consulting.

Group facilitation also relies on the use of tools such as:

• Open Forum
• World Café
• Etc…

I have the opportunity of using these tools regularly on group assignments, working in partnership with structures such as Osalys or Prana Conseil (liens)

These assignments can also be carried out in environments that are multi-lingual and multi-cultural and result in unique challenges. These would take place in English
